Sometimes you just have to be mad at yourself enough to take action. That's where I am today. I'm done with excuses and believe me I've got a few—including some pretty legitimate ones I might add.
Like a lot of people, I've struggled with my weight off and on. Like a lot of people I've had some health challenges along the way. I've been both very underweight and very overweight and I'm not going to bore you all with my story because what counts is right NOW.
Today is the day that I'm fed up enough to get things back under control. My plan is to lose weight and be at goal in mid-May—which will be a challenge because I do have some legitimate health issues to work around. Regardless, I know what's possible and I know I can do it!
The important thing is this: I'm putting the proverbial 'stick in the mud' in front of all of you. The marker is set. You are my witnesses! It's time to move on from here.
